"Very good, and very easy to make. We do not have a grill yet, so I used a square stove top griddle, and it worked perfectly! Also, couldn't find the honey BBQ seasoning mix in my grocery store, so I used a "Mesquite" marinade dry mix. I also substituted regular yellow onion for the pearl onions. I will be making this recipe many times!"
