My Activity

Reviewed Real Meatballs and Spaghetti

"Delicious recipe! I don't eat veal, so I doubled the pork. The meatballs came out super tender and moist. I cooked my sauce with the meatballs in it for more like an hour too, so it really deepens the flavor. This will definitely be my go to recipe for spaghetti and meatballs."

Reviewed Fusilli alla Caprese

"I thought this was a really delicious and easy recipe. It was full of flavor from only a few ingredients. I used about 3/4 lb of the fusili pasta instead of the whole pound because I thought the sauce might become too thinned out with so much pasta. I also, just drained the pasta and poured it straight into the pan that I cooked the tomatoes in, t"

Reviewed Fried Chicken

"Not impressed by this at all. Wont be making it again. It took practically burning the skin to black for the chicken to cook through. Also, it was hard for me to figure out the times to cook all the pieces because I had small legs and then larger chicken breast pieces. I had to keep pulling out pieces and sticking a meat thermometer in and checkin""

Reviewed Bacon-Wrapped Potatoes With Honey Sauce

"These were the tastiest potatoes ever. I will be making these ALL the time. The sweet honey scallion sauce goes so perfectly with the bacon. Gives the potatoes that perfect crunch. Delicious!""

Reviewed Orange-Balsamic Glazed Chicken

"Very yummy. I took other reviewers' advice and cooked the chicken through, took it out and kept reducing the orange glaze because it was pretty runny. Took another 10 mins and got a nice glaze out of it. Then I just poured it back on the chicken. Will definitely make this again. :)""

Reviewed Slow Cooker Chicken Chili

"This chili was only okay. I decided to use whole chicken breast, cooked in the mixture, and then shredded it instead of ground chicken since I am not a fan of ground chicken's texture. I also added some corn as someone else suggested. The sweetness in this dish makes it a little odd in flavor, though it is edible. I also made some rice and blended it in to absorb some of the liquid. It came out more like a watery dip than a chili. So we were scooping it up with tortilla chips. If I were to make it again, I would take out the sweet ingredients.
