A simple and delicious salad. The salad was reduced to 1 serving provided a generous amount of dressing. The sugar in the dressing was reduced by half and was perfect for my taste. These are wonderful. They are a great side to serve with pork or chicken. There is lots of flavor. While these are packed with flavor as it, they would be equally good with a pinch of cayenne pepper.
