I made the fish recipe only (served with roasted beets, rice & greens) and it was very good. The fish had a lovely crust and this was very easy to make. This soup is amazing. I have never loved the smell of minestrone so was a little leary on making it. It is amazing. Like super amazing. I am not sure I have ever had Swiss chard either and it is perfection. I am definitely saving this recipe. Thanks to Giada!
