Reviewed Eggplant Casserole

"Fixed this casserole for a side dish for dinner. My husband said it was incredible! Our college age son said if the casserole was baseball, it would be a home run!! This recipe is a definite keeper!!""

Reviewed Curried Carrot Soup

"Very easy, inexpensive soup recipe. The wonderful flavor makes this a soup that the family wants often. Very nutritious.

Reviewed Cream of Celery Soup

"Have made this soup many times. The family ask for it as a favorite. Rather inexpensive to make. I do not separate the steps of cooking the soup. I make it in one step, use the hand stick blender to cream and then add the cream (or whole milk) as the final step. This is an excellent recipe.

Reviewed Pizza Dough

"I believe this recipe is written incorrectly. I believe it should be 1 teaspoon of salt instead of 1 tablespoon of salt. Every other pizza dough recipe with these proportions calls for 1 teaspoon. I use celtic sea salt, so the that should not be the problem. Perhaps Tyler could clarify it for us.

Reviewed Gingerbread Waffles

"Excellent! This waffle recipe is a winner. I followed it exactly except I used 1 tsp dried ground nutmeg because I did not have any whole nutmeg. The spice blend is perfect for the gingerbread flavor. Thanks Rachael.

Reviewed Butternut Squash Casserole

"I bought 3 butternut squash as the recipe says and I picked out three that were among the smallest. I have peeled and cubed (1" the squash and now have a 6 quart saucepan full of squash. I don't think this recipe calls for this much squash. I am going to have to adjust the other ingredients to this amount of squash. I know I'll be freezing several small casseroles.
I have put together the ingredients and worked on amounts. I believe the correct amount of squash per recipe is 4 lbs.
