Reviewed Filet of Beef au Poivre

"I highly recommend this recipe. The sauce was sophisticated and delicious. This was a huge hit for a get-togeher last night. I dimmed the lights after adding the Cognac and ignited the fumes with a bbq lighter. Everyone "ooohed" and "aaahed". Note, I was wearing all natural clothing, had the lid and a fire-extinguisher handy, and I used a lighter with an extension designed to light bbqs. This can be dangerous.
