Don't change a thing...it is fantastic!!! Make sure you leave enough prep time as 10 minutes is a bit of a joke; I'd leave at least 30 minutes to dice everything. Also, I did not roast the peppers as several people stated they had made it both ways and did not see a difference. Yummy flavors!!!"

Pork is tender and the flavor in the gravy is fantastic. My only recommendation would be to decrease the salt in the flour and perhaps use low sodium broth. I found it a bit too salty as written."
