“This was absolutely wonderful. My husband, son (20) and daughter (19) all loved this dish. They suggested it be added to our "favorite entree's" list. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe. The only substitution I made was to use veal demi glace in leiu of the stock.
Reviewed Chunky Egg Salad

“This is the best egg salad I have had. I did start with one tsp. kosher salt. Most of my guests added more salt. Better to start low as you can always add more. You cannot remove salt once added however. I still think this is a 5 star recipe. I do not believe stars should be reduced if the recipe is only altered by the amount of salt or peppe"”
