Reviewed Lemon Ricotta Cookies with Lemon Glaze
"The recipe says drop 2 tablespoons full onto sheet. Well, I measured 1 tablespoon, and checked my oven temperature (with a thermometer, and these cookies spread to about a 3 1/2" diameter. Is this a recipe error? Did she mean 2 teaspoons? Nice lemon flavor, but thin with a pancake-like texture. What a waste of time and ingredients."
