Reviewed Baked Acorn Squash Filled with Italian Sausage and Rigatoni Pasta

"I used a sweet Italian sausage, which along with the sweet squash just didn't have much flavor. Reading some other reviews and the recommendations to use a smaller pasta, I used couscous. And, using a spoon, scooped out the flesh of the squash and combined everything into a casserole to finish in the oven. I will try again with a spicy Italian sausage and try another squash like butternut that I can cube and roast in the oven.

Reviewed Baked Orzo with Fontina and Peas

"Great dish!! I added some shredded chicken I had on hand. Will make again. The fontina cheese melted beautifully.

Reviewed Italian Baked Chicken and Pastina

"I used canned turkey breast and also added a can of Rotel tomatoes. Gave lots of spicyness to this dish. But, I didn't really care for the small pastina pasta. I'll try again using a different pasta and broiled chicken breast.

"Why does this website allow these advertising reviewers to post crap here? Please help me by complaining to Food Network by contacting them about the ads by 'Inze00' and 'usdfiwe' below. I had to select a rating; but, it doesn't reflect on the recipe. I haven't made it yet.
