Tasty but way too sweet. Tasty enough to work at it: I will make this again reducing the sugar by more than half (tasting, of course). I wasn't a fan of the Pillsbury crust, but using half or even 1/3 of the chicken mixture works better. I plan to try it on a Boboli as reviewer Cupcake suggests. We did part of the mixture on a cauliflower crust....

This recipe, as is, is delicious! I also use this recipe as the base for variations: my favorite adds cubed freshly boiled potatoes and diced tomatoes. I often leave off the nuts and even sometimes the parsley (especially if kids are on the guest list). I also double the dressing. And btw IMHO, 1/2 pound beans serves 2, not 4.

Just like my Yiayia used to make. Very authentic, works well with lamb, pork or chicken. If you use Greek yogurt you don't have to strain it. I don't always drain the cucumber either, I don't think it makes that much difference if you are going to use the tzatziki right away.
