Reviewed Green Bean Salad

"This recipe, as is, is delicious! I also use this recipe as the base for variations: my favorite adds cubed freshly boiled potatoes and diced tomatoes. I often leave off the nuts and even sometimes the parsley (especially if kids are on the guest list). I also double the dressing. And btw IMHO, 1/2 pound beans serves 2, not 4.

"Just like my Yiayia used to make. Very authentic, works well with lamb, pork or chicken. If you use Greek yogurt you don't have to strain it.
