Dear Mrs. Fuller: I think you are positively wicked...WICKED GOOD!!! Oh my gosh, dessert doesn't get any better than this. This reminds me of strawberry cream cheese croissants I used to be able to get at a local donut shop but no more. Well, now I needn't worry, because I can make this tart so easily!

***A note to future tart-makers:...

Reviewed ricotta orange pound cake with strawberries

Jun 15, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

Delicious! The only reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is that it was so crumbly. But it wasn't dry crumbly, it was delightfully moist. I cooked it for another 7 minutes beyond cooking time quoted, and it was fully done. The orange zest perfumed it delightfully, and we could even taste the ricotta. Just wonderful!

I've been making this one for years and am surprised I never rated it. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. It's just one of those recipes that becomes a process rather than a recipe. I started out with hard cider, but now I use Angry Orchard-- any one of their beers will do. Excellent! Half the bottle for the pan, the other half for me. I...

Really good. A cross between a German Chocolate Cake and a Coconut Easter Egg. If you don't like chewy textures in your cake, this is not the cake for you; the pecans, almonds, and coconut all make it very textural. But the flavors are dynamite, and the cake is moist.

Absolutely delicious-- the few who call it bland miss out on the incredible subtlety of it. But I would not classify it as easy. First of all, I'm not a pro at roasting and skinning chiles, even though I know how to do it. That took time, and the rest of it took time as well. But I will definitely make it again when I have the time because I loved...

I'm using this recipe to give my post-Christmas presents to all our neighbors and vendors. Fudge doesn't get much better than this! Hubby's and my only changes to this are 1: use semi-sweet chips instead of milk chocolate 2: use 3/4 c. walnuts instead of 1/2 c. unspecified nuts. A real winner!
