"I always make my own icing, so I was a bit doubtful with this recipe for a 1 year old's birthday party. It was delicious! The almond and strawberry (couldn't find raspberry) were wonderful, but my big surprise was the mint. Really good! These just did show off my homemade cupcakes!"
