Reviewed Strawberry and Mascarpone Filled Cupcakes
"This dish was spot on amazing. I am not a big fan of box cake mix but It was so good. My mom even had 2 cupcakes even though she wasn't a big fan of strawberries. A tip I should recommend is not to over blend the filling or else it may turn into curds. However, even though my filling was over whipped it still tasted very good. Thank you for a wond"
About Me
I am a young man still in school. I don't work but I wish I could. My passion for food began when i was 5 years old. What inspires me to cook is the love my family gives me so I make meals that i know they love. A pet peeve of mine is being disorganized because you won't have a clean mind.
Favorite Foods
I love all types of food. However, My favorite food is homemade mexican food. My grandma makes the best mexican food. Sometimes she would teach me some secrets of cooking she knows. A dish I am known for are my crepes( I understand it is not mexican) because for a few reasons:
- My mom loves food that can either be savory or sweet.
- My grandma believes that crepes are french tortillas,( and believe it or not my grandma made enchildas from crepes and they turned out delicious)
One of my favorite restaurants is the Atlantic buffet in Marietta, GA.
