"I made this yesterday for a party and it was a hit. Absolutely delicious. I did make a few changes including increasing the parmesan somewhat, adding garlic to the mushrooms, putting in some sauteed chopped spinach, and reducing the amount of nutmeg (not my favorite flavor). I would not add more mushrooms than the recipe called for. I used Costco'"
