About Me
I am a college student working for a degree in ecology and evolutionary biology. I love the outdoors (minus the excruciating heat. I have a passion for growing my own food. I don't enjoy garden upkeep, however, but the benefits make up for the work. My dream would be to live on a farm, take care of my animals, and grow a huge garden.
I've been a member of this site for a few years and love searching for new, interesting recipes. I really enjoy trying something totally unexpected that turns out delicious.

Favorite Foods
My favorite foods are deserts. I'm a sucker for a good brownie or cupcake. Luckily I'm a great baker as well, so I can make my favorites any time I want. I give most of my treats away, which my friends love. They know I'm the one to call when they need a cookie recipe.
I love love love food, and I have many different favorite places to eat. I love Mexican food, Italian, Chinese, American... anything. I have to say that the best dish I've ever had is at this Italian place in Knoxville. They make fabulous butternut squash ravioli. I've had many good dishes, but that really was the best meal I have ever eaten.
