Delicious, just delicious! I used hot pork sausages instead of turkey sausages. I only had 1 red onion, instead of the two yellow and a little merlot. I'm serving this over whole wheat pasta with grated Pecorino Romano. The whole apartment spells of sausage and peppers. Thanks Giada!"

Delicious! My husband and I gobbled up this fantastic salad. I used lemon juice as well as balsamic vinegar, craisins, doubled the green onion, added lemon zest, and toasted sunflower seeds. Next time I'll combine wheat berries, apple, walnuts, and blue cheese. Also, the wheat berries took about an hour to cook. Thanks Ellie!"

Delicious! I omitted the tomato and used dried cranberries instead of raisins. I didn't use any sugar, as the cranberries was enough sweetness for my taste. I only used 1/2 cup of mayo. Instead of coating the final product in the hot sauce I marinated the dried and cooled wings in a spicy chipotle sauce for a couple of hours. I baked them in the oven and basted them every 15 minutes with additional chipotle sauce. OMG, They were fan-freakin-tastic! Way to go Alton.
