"Positively yummy and always the first item to run out on our brunch buffet. I made this in a convection oven and had some trouble with the edges getting too crisp before the center was done. It's so rich, a quarter piece is plenty. Cut bread into serving size pieces before pouring the egg mixture on top. Much easier to remove after baking.""
