This was a good recipe. I did cook the rice for 50 mins, then let set for 15 minutes. I did use coconut oil instead of butter for my health reasons, and it turned out really well. :) YUM!""

Crock Pot Friendly! I browned the meat in a skillet. Combined the rest of the ingredients into a Crock Pot (except corn starch), then added browned meat into crock pot mixture then cooked on low all day. ***Alteration*** (I added potatoes later when I added corn starch right before serving)... Then right before serving I cubed 5 Russet potatoes...

Wow, this is the best! I made this for (4) really pickey eaters, including teenagers in my family. They started eating and only 1 comment came out of their mouths between bites.."This is really GREAT"! Silence and happiness. Definitely on my fav list..YUM!
