Reviewed Old-Time Beef Stew

"Crock Pot Friendly! I browned the meat in a skillet. Combined the rest of the ingredients into a Crock Pot (except corn starch), then added browned meat into crock pot mixture then cooked on low all day. ***Alteration*** (I added potatoes later when I added corn starch right before serving)... Then right before serving I cubed 5 Russet potatoes and boiled for about 6-8 minutes. Then I added the corn starch mixture into the crock pot, and also added the potatoes into the crock pot mixture. Then I topped with a little fresh Parsley. Voila! This is the second time, I have made this recipe and it is a really nice stew sauce and balanced flavoring. But.. my family has to have them taters in their stew! ;)"
