Reviewed Johnsonville Italian Sausage Rigatoni
"Very tasty! This was fast to prepare and the flavor was really great! Everyone in the family loved it. I will make this one again :)""
Reviewed Herbed Brown Rice Pilaf
"This was a good recipe. I did cook the rice for 50 mins, then let set for 15 minutes. I did use coconut oil instead of butter for my health reasons, and it turned out really well. :) YUM!""
Reviewed Peppercorn Steak
"This sauce is simply amazing. Made no adjustments to ingredients. I had to simmer a little longer than called for to reduce and thicken. Other than that...YUM!""
Reviewed Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Pancetta
"I made this for Christmas Day dinner and it turned out Mmmm mmm m! It was a hit and everyone gobbled it down! I followed the directions to a T, and it was delicious! It was the hit of the dinner, next to the Parm Chicken!""
Reviewed Salisbury Steaks with French Onion Gravy
"The meat has really nice flavor, the gravy was OK..The adults loved the dish, but the teenagers didn't like it at all. ""
Reviewed Old-Time Beef Stew
"Crock Pot Friendly! I browned the meat in a skillet. Combined the rest of the ingredients into a Crock Pot (except corn starch), then added browned meat into crock pot mixture then cooked on low all day. ***Alteration*** (I added potatoes later when I added corn starch right before serving)... Then right before serving I cubed 5 Russet potatoes and boiled for about 6-8 minutes. Then I added the corn starch mixture into the crock pot, and also added the potatoes into the crock pot mixture. Then I topped with a little fresh Parsley. Voila! This is the second time, I have made this recipe and it is a really nice stew sauce and balanced flavoring. But.. my family has to have them taters in their stew! ;)"
Reviewed Garlicky Patty Melts with Provolone
"Wow, this is the best! I made this for (4) really pickey eaters, including teenagers in my family. They started eating and only 1 comment came out of their mouths between bites.."This is really GREAT"! Silence and happiness. Definitely on my fav list..YUM!
