Simple and delicious apple cake. I used cortland apples I got at the orchard. I also only baked it for about 70 minutes and it was still done. Likes others mentioned the outside does get kind of hard, but the inside is very moist. Like the honey glaze, but may try with a caramel glaze next time.""

Was a little too dry for me, but I used penne since I didn't have macaroni and I think that may have been the problem. Will make again using macaroni. Couldn't even taste the squash though."

I did not care for this. Like other's said, the blue cheese was too over powering and I didn't care for the mushrooms in it. That being said, it is a good base for a turkey meatloaf. I will try it again, but with sauted carrots and celery with the onion and cheddar cheese instead of the blue, which is how I make regular meat loaf."
