Tried this last week, loved it, and making it again tonight! My husband really doesn't like fish, so finding a recipe that he enjoys is a challenge. He LOVED this recipe! It's definitely a keeper! I didn't do the veggies. Instead served it with some roasted asparagus and couscous. Next time I will try the edamame and snow peas. ""
