I doubled the recipe because well, we are guys. hehe Me and the guys finished the entire thing over the night and they begged me to make more next time. "TO find the tomato bouillon, look for a Mexican specialty food shop. They will have it as well as everything else you should need. This recipe was wonderful, although I used Snapper fillets instead of whole fish. ( The heads freak out my wife )"
About Me
I was the Chef in a Local seafood resturant untill it was sold and health issues prevented me from working proffessional in anymore kitchens but, I still have my love of cooking and do so quite often for friends and family. I just couldnt let that love and passion for food that got me into cooking school and beyond lay down and go stagnant. My wife and I watch the Food Network everyday and alot of the Ideas they come up with inspire me and fuel my passion for food and cooking.
