Reviewed Velvet Scrambled Eggs with Fresh Herbs

Made this egg dish with salad for Sunday brunch, followed recipe exactly and the eggs were fantastic! Creamy, flavorful just the right amount of herbs and I used heavy cream to stop the cooking process on the eggs.
