What an awesome Chili recipe this is. I have made it a few times with minor adjustments. Less beer and adding a little sugar, and ketchup and I only use 1 28oz can of crushed sauce to lessen the liquid. So far all of the Neeleys recipes have been on point. Remember the key to perfecting food is based on your own taste."
