This salad is fresh and tasty! It was a hit at a dinner party. Next time i will try adding the zest to the dressing and blend it with the immersion blender. I found the amount of dressing called for was too much. Even after cutting back there was still some dressing pooled in the bottom of the bowl. EXCELLENT COMBINATION OF FLAVORS! a must try..."

we loved this recipe. it did not win our chili cook off (our 7th year) but if you like chili on the spicy side then go for it! Next time i personally would have subbed chicken stock for the beer but my husband wouldn't! we used the garlic powder instead of gran. garlic too. Next time we might try leaving out one jalapeno and see how it comes out!...

DIVINE! THIS IS A SPECIAL TREAT I WILL MAKE MY FAMILY ONCE A MONTH! The only problem I had was too much egg mixture. Even though the bread back was labeled 16 ounces I think I will either add more bread or cut the egg mixture. I had too much egg mixture baked in the bottom that wasn't soaked up into the bread despite it going in the fridge overnight....
