I am a wedding photographer that moonlights as an amatuer chef. My love of cooking started with experimenting in the kitchen with my mom. I considered culinary school for a while but thought better of making my peaceful hobby into a stressful profession! Friends and husband reap the benefits of my favorite hobby.
Favorite FoodsI love the food of the far East, Thai, Indian, Malaysian, Indonesian. I'm also a California bred lover of Mexican food. My friends beg me to make them my families famous red tacos. I adore peanut butter in pretty much any form...in curries, on crackers, satay, in soups, with chocolate. I love building my spice collection and I think that there's way too much salt in American food.
