Reviewed Grilled Sea Scallops on Tortilla Chips with Avocado Puree and Jalapeno Pesto

I have tweaked this recipe to suit different tastes and costs. I've used shrimp ,which is less costly for serving many , took out jalapenos and roasted pasilla peppers for less heat,raw waluts instead of pinon's (much cheaper!) and make my own chips. But no matter how I do it, everyone loves it!!"
