Reviewed Pan Seared Scallops with Sesame Sauce and Cellophane Noodles

Awesome! So quick, easy, and flavorful. I prefer bay scallops, so I substituted those in. Made the recipe for two, so I halved the sauce and noodle quantities. Made 12 scallops but would probably do 16-20 next time (they are so small). After the sauce thickened a bit I put the noodles in the pan and tossed them with everything. Just delicious!!

Super simple and LOTS of flavor. I'm not big on red peper flakes so I went light on that, but heavy on the rosemary, onion and shaved parmesan.
