Loved the taste and texture of this wonderful dish, and the dressing was perfect.I guess I cheated a bit by using canned black lentils, but it still worked great. I also prepared the quinoa on the stovetop rather than the microwave, but I don't think it changed it much. I doubled the recipe and had enough to save for another meal. Hope it freezes "

Absolutely incredible! I could have eaten the whole thing with a spoon. Would also work well, I think, on a bed of lettuce, rice, couscous, etc.

Of course, like all cooks, I "doctored" this slightly -- left out the cheese, used sour cream instead of yogurt, dried cranberries instead of raisins, and added a bit of "orange sesame"...
