Reviewed Winter Squash Soup

"My husband and 3 school aged kids raved about it last night. It's already been requested for Thanksgiving in a couple weeks. Best of all, it's FAST, simple and scrumptious AND can be made in advance. Definitely doubling recipe next time. Pre-cut butternut squash from Costco or Trader Joes cuts down on prep time immensely (and no starch orange ""

Reviewed Greek Orzo and Grilled Shrimp Salad with Mustard-Dill Vinaigrette

"Simple, fast and flavorful! Bobby, this is a brilliant recipe. I chose this recipe for a baseball game potluck only because it contains all ingredients that I had on hand. In the interest of time, I cooked the shrimp on a grill pan indoors but otherwise followed the recipe. Threw it in the cooler but it can be served hot, room temperature or c"

Reviewed Christmas Cornish Game Hens

"This is a family favorite. Everyone, including kids, my husband and in laws ask for it. I love it because it's simple and I can just throw everything in the oven and walk away. The whole house smells great. While I've used cornish hens with the recipe before, I generally use regular chicken parts so as not to struggle with little bones. Have cut down the salt to 1 1/2 tablespoons over time. Loved the combo of cinnamon, sugar and chili powder; it's not spicy in the least. The chicken comes out perfectly juicy and golden brown. All 3 of my young kids love it. In fact, two pre-teen guests of our recently went back for 4ths!"

Reviewed Crispy Baked Rosemary-Garlic Chicken Legs

"Great flavor with some basic ingredients. The crispy panko crust makes it crunchy and seals in the juices and the wedge of lemon a delicious accompaniment. Everyone in my extended family ages 7 thru 74 enjoyed it! It's the new family "repeat."
