Reviewed Coconut Bundt Cake
"I made this for my boyfriend and his best friend. It was so good my boyfriend asked me to marry him, because he wants to make sure he can keep on having this cake! I added an extra teaspoon of coconut extract. I baked it for 50 minutes. This cake DEFINITELY cooks faster than what is indicated. AND, I toasted the coconut. It made a wonderful presentation. This cake is a WINNER hands down!
