This was a very good smoothie! I ended up adding extra yogurt (oops) so I skipped the milk and it was fabulous. To the previous need fat, it's healthy for you. Fat keeps you fuller longer also, so you end up eating less. And honey is healthy for you! It's all about moderation. So, definitely make this smoothie and enjoy!!""

This lasagna was fabulous!!! It does make a lot, so be prepared to freeze some or cut the recipe in half. I have been ruined, though. I can't eat lasagna out anymore. The addition of the cinnamon was brilliant! It added a wonderful warmth to the dish and a hint of spice. Just, fabulous!!""
