My Activity

Reviewed Pecan Bars

"I am not a baker, but Claire made these look so easy that I decided to try them. The only problem I ran into was using butter (possibly too much and Reynold's non-stick aluminum foil. It made it difficult to spread/place the crust. Like someone mentioned before, I cut them into bit size squares. Brought them to work and everyone loved them. I think this size would be perfect for party trays. Also helps those who are counting calories - they don't feel as guilty. :

Someone asked about the 1/3 corn syrup. I used 1/3 cup and they turned out great so that must be the right measurement.
