About Me
I have fond memories of cooking with my mother helping her with making Tortillas, Mexican Chocolate, Mexican cookies, Christmas Tamales, Menudo, Pozole and Cupcakes for my school mates just because. She enjoyed making everything from scratch.
Now I teach my granddaughters how to make things like Rice Krispy treats, Sugar Cookies, Red Velvet cupcakes, Pumpkin puree from their Halloween Pumpkins, Homemake Pancake Mix to make Buttermilk pancakes.
One of my granddaughters has already announced she is going to be a Chef to make pancakes all the time. It is wonderful to pass on these traditions and old family recepies.
