This was SO GOOD. It also made my house smell magnificant! I wish Yankee Candle or Scentsy Wickless would come out with a scent like this...ahhhh...nothing better than peppers, onions, and garlic simmering together. Italian Heaven! This will be my permanant cacciatore recipe. I served it over whole wheat pasta & added some parm. "

Welps, let's see....

They turned out alright but I ended up adding more salt & also some parmesan cheese. I was hoping they'd taste more like the Garlic Parmesan Fries you get at Hurricane Gril & Wings. I used peanut oil instead of canola. I may have added more garlic, too... Im a garlic kinda girl, what can I say?!

Great eggplant parm; only change I added was just using Italian seasoned breadcrumbs, so I skipped the oregano & thyme.

Dude, this was off the chain! We loved it- served it along side Christmas dinner (turkey, cranberry sauce, etc)...it complimented everything well and was just really great. Will make every year :)

It's got a nice flavor, but it didn't produce alot and I think maybe if the sauce recipe was doubled it would have been even better. I serve it over white rice. Very easy & quick- no fuss :)

I've tried 2 other oven fried chicken recipies in the past, and I like this one the best! It does taste a little similar to the chicken you would make for chicken parmesan, but the panko gives it a really great crunch which brings you back into the "fried chicken" realm. These were great! Nice little appetizer. I served these with grilled chicken & baked sweet potato... I added 1 TBSP of parmesan cheese to the mix before I pan fried them. YUMZ.

P.S. I was reading some of the failed reviews- if the cake turned out too dry, oily, or whatnot, check your ingredients to make sure they are fresh. Ive made this cake dozens of times with no problems, so you might want to just run through and make sure nothing has expired. Hope this helps.
