"I made this for my Mom. It was a wedding cake for her and my Dad when they married. My Mom told me i had to be a master pastry chef to do it. i I only had one problem, it's with the caramel. I couldn't go fast enough with it , so I had some areas that had big globs. I dont have a mixer (Kitchen Aid ) so it was done by hand, I dont recommend this "
