"The tetrazzini had full flavor and really was better the next day. I think I'll use a rotisserie chicken to save time the next time I make this dish. It was a lot of work, so I'd always prepare this dish in advance. That being said, my girlfriends loved this dish. I was prepared for large servings based on the reviews of others, but I was surprised that how much it made. Everyone took home a box of leftovers for their lunch the next day.
