"I must say that i LOVE this dish! I had to modify it a bit to make it a bit spicy for my fam. members. I added some Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce along with the onion,garlic and other ingredients. The smokiness of the chiles and the color of the adobo sauce def. enhanced the dish.
CIA grad...love to modify classic and new recipes with a "mexican spicy flare" to accommodate my fam. palette...
