Reviewed Pan Seared Chicken Breast with Herb Jus and Potato-Vegetable Hash

Great recipes!! I used 2 pieces of bacon cut in thirds on low heat instead of butter. I used all fresh herbs from the garden, doubled the garlic in both recipes, cayenne instead of cajan, and used 2 shallots in the hash instead of a red onion. Next time I'll strain the squash and zucchini better. "
