Reviewed braised beef brisket

Ree I adore you, I really do, but this recipe is severely flawed. It is cooked too fast (should be 275*) and the ingredients are entirely too salty (and I LOVE salty!)... just not good. I will go back to my Southern living beef brisket recipe, which is similar, but only a few a 1/4 of the soy sauce, and a few other changes. Not sure if we can eat...

In the video (and on the show she uses two sticks of butter, a cup of brown sugar, and a jar of jam, of course they're fabulous!!! I just took them out of the oven and my house smells great. I've eaten a few already, not a good sign! I made them with Smuckers Red Plum jam, and cant wait to try blackberry, strawberry and every other berry! Mine "

How can something so simple be SO DELISH??!! I add a scant tbs sugar to my oil mixture before pouring over the tomatoes to cut the acidity a little and it is to die for! Of course, the grilling the bread in a STICK of butter sure helps make this the best bruschetta in the world! I also dice the cherry tomatoes into 4 or even 6 if they're large"

Ok, I had to laugh when reading the 1 star reviews. Did they think they were supposed to be a sweet muffin (like choc chip, blueberry, etc??? Anyway... these are PERFECT to be served with soups, stews, roast, chicken, any main course! They are delish!!! I ONLY make them in a mini muffin pan, and they disappear in minutes. I'm making a basket "

Well, let me start with the pie crust: You must chill it over night, or at least a few hours prior to making these pies or it will crumble/crack. Flavor ok but not sure worth the effort when the box Pillsbury are really so easy and taste the same (but are a little thinner Now, the filling is scrumptious, I did add a little cinnamon and a touch "

Delish!! I could put a straw in it and sip away! Thanks Ree! *perfect for sundays, pound cake, chocolate-pecan pie, really any dessert! Oh, I did add a pinch of creme of tartar and only 1/2 the called Vanilla (1 tbs would have been a little too much)"

The only problem with this recipe is it makes mess in the kitchen ... and once you make them, everyone wants them again, and again, and again! They are fabulous with a big cup of coffee! I' made them and frozen several tin pie pans full, then several weeks later baked them and took them to Bible study... the women there wanted the recipe and ate"
