"Great flavor, but the batch I made was way too salty. Inedible, actually. I used smaller shrimp than Ina used, but even had I used the shrimp she calls for, it would still have been too salty. I will absolutely be making this again, but going much easier on the salt. Thanks for another winner Ina! And although I questioned the orange when I read the recipe, I loved it!"

"This was simple to make, but still very flavorful! I was afraid my chicken would be dry - I chose to use very thin pre-cut breasts, but it was delicious & not dry at all. Taking the few extra minutes to add spices to your flour, egg wash & bread crumb mixtures really bumps up the flavor. Thank you Paula! My family never has anything leftover when it comes to your recipes!
