Learning to cook. Follow a recipe exactly but improvising a little with success! . My mother, grandmother and aunt have steered me toward Ina Garten's recipes and I have not found a bad recipe yet! Kid friendly recipes are a must but also like to feed them chicken nuggets and experiment on a new adult pleasing recipe for my husband and I:) Also love anything healthy or spicy or both! Sensitive palette can recognize obscure or surprise flavors such as truffle oil or nutmeg.
