The beef filling definitely needed something added to it. Tomato paste and chili powder didn't really add much flavor, and the sauce seemed a bit dry. I think some finely sliced cabbage and maybe a little pickled red onion would really pack a punch to this dish. Overall as it was, it was just ok, not something I would probably make again."

I felt just so-so about this recipe. I think with adjustments it could be great but it was not as good as it looked.
