Reviewed Agnello all'Aceto Balsamico: Lamb with Balsamic Vinegar

"Outstanding! I had no fresh thyme, so I used 1/2 tsp dried per sprig in the recipe (and used fresh rosemary to garnish instead. The pasta recipe works well in my pasta machine and it was delicious. I was called away after making it and wrapping it in plastic wrap, so I refrigerated it overnight. I was afraid it wouldn't work, but with a little war"
