Mine came out dry. This recipe would be excellent with 1/3 cup orange juice added. I had to hand mold each cake versus spooning it on the pan. Last but not least: Get organic strawberries or strawberries from a local farm where you know they spray minimally and use the safer insecticides versus the toxic fumigant methyl iodide. Note that strawberries have been on EWG's Dirty Dozen list for many years due to strawberries having very high amounts of pesticide residue.
