"Fantastic recipe that is fine as written but I make the following recommendations:
- if you can get it, use fresh pasta (we got our spinach pasta from Whole Foods)
- if you have some on hand, finish it with a couple big dollops of creme fraiche (I realize that is a sixth ingredient, but it really kicked up the flavors)"
