BEST SALAD! The little yummy bits of pancetta are the best.. After eating this on Valentine's day I went to the supermarket today (2 days later) to buy more of the ingredients to make it again. It's so good! and so easy

Yummy! I had a small salmon filet and needed a quick glaze or sauce. I didn't have any ginger and since its freezing I used the broiler instead of the grill. It was easy to make and I also found that it was important to let the sauce cool before putting it on the fish. (It thickens) A+
