Reviewed The Chewy

"These are very good. I love the fact that they are soft without the use of vegetable shortening (which I will never use ) I used organic white wheat flour and raw sugar. Perfect!""

Reviewed Pumpkin Bars

"Holy Cow these are good and dangerously so I might add. I did not change a thing in the recipe. If you truly want to impress your friends, family or guests this season make this. But be sure to give most of it away because you may eat the entire thing. I just did!""

Reviewed Stuffed Shells with Arrabbiata Sauce

"I was so excited to try this recipe based on the great reviews, but sad to say, I found it to be a bit disappointing. I followed the recipe to the letter . Maybe it's just me but I think it was just so-so""

Reviewed Spicy Coconut Shrimp with Spicy Mango Basil Salsa and Lime Jasmine Rice

"This recipe is the holy grail of coconut shrimp recipes. The best best best of the rest. I am in love. Make this today. I really mean it . You will not regeret it. I want to make it again now and tomorrow and the next day"

Reviewed BLT Pasta Salad

"The calories, Fat and Sodium are ridiculous in this recipe but it is just as good to leave out the bacon drippings and replace with 3 Tbl of Olive oil, Use whole wheat pasta and light mayo and sour cream. The bacon drippings have flavor but leave you with a greasy taste anyway. Make up the flavor with more herbs like chives and thyme"

Reviewed Hummus

"Great Hummus recipe, like all of Ina's recipes. I added roasted red peppers. If you are watching your sodium you can easily cut the salt down to 1/2 tsp. It is not necessary with the lemon which is a nice salt substitute"
