Reviewed Mediterranean Halibut Sandwiches

"Love this recipe!! Thank you for this new fish recipe! Its so nice to change it up! I ended up using Mahi Mahi in this recipe since Halibut isn't particularly my favorite. The Mahi Mahi goes great -still light and flaky after baking it-- although I baked at 350 for 20 minutes.

Followed the recipe exactly, except for adding about 2 more tablespoons of mayo. I wanted it to be a little creamier...and waited to add salt until the very end.

My husband loved it too! Thanks Giada!
