Seriously...this dish is AMAZING. The flavor that it takes on from the grill was just ridiculous. I'm not the biggest rice fan, but I could not get enough of this. We added shrimp at the very end of the cooking time. Next time I would add Andoulie sausage or smoked sausage. I will make this exact recipe every time. "

Reviewed White Bean Dip with Pita Chips

I'm sure this recipe would have been great on it's own..but I made some tweaks. I roasted the garlic in the oven at 400 for an hour. Add the roasted garlic paste, about 1/4 cup of light Sour cream, some greek seasoning and a dash of hot sauce. I served it with warmed up soft pita as well as baked pita chips. Amazing!"

This is a fabulous cake. It's beautiful and easy to follow the recipe. The cake is a heavier cake, but went really well with the fruit. I did not make Ina's frosting. I made a lighter whipped cream frosting for the base of the cake and a butter cream for the piping. It was delicious."
