"This was sooo tasty! I made this mac and cheese for me and my fiance the other night and we both were surprised by how great this turned out! Sometimes, these online recipes can be a hit or miss, but this one was definitely a hit! This is definitely going to be my go to mac and cheese recipe from now on. For those whose dish turned to scramble eggs, try tempuring the egg mixture by adding some of the warm noodles to it while whisking. This should help the egg mixture slowly become acclimated to the warmness of the noodle/cheese mixture so that it won't scramble. Also, I didn't add all of the cheese from the recipe. I used only mild and sharp cheddar cheese and it still turned out great!
